About The Position

The Teacher creates and maintains an environment conducive to the positive development of children.
This position is for a PreK Teacher. Ages range from 4-5 year olds.
The Child Development Center consists of 18 classrooms ranging from infants through PreK. You will find the Center to be exactly what its name suggests – a place where children are allowed to develop at their own pace in a safe, caring, exciting environment. All children will be treated as individuals in a loving and respectful way in order to grow to their fullest potential. Our team of teachers collaborate and co-teach in all classrooms.

Requirements

• High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - highest completed education
• Prior experience working in a childcare setting required
• Pediatric First Aid Certification by PQAS approved trainer (must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
• Pediatric CPR Certification by PQAS approved trainer (must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
