The Granite YMCA is currently seeking Lead Preschool Teacher to add to our dynamic and welcoming YMCA of Greater Londonderry team.
Requirements
- NH Lead Teacher qualified (minimum)
- Prior childcare experience
Nice To Haves
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead curriculum development and implementation for assigned classroom
- Provide age-appropriate instruction and supervision
- Ensure the health and safety of children in direct care
- Perform child observations and assessments
- Work in collaboration as a team member with other classroom and program staff
- Maintain professionalism at all times throughout the day
