Role Overview: As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our children. This position involves working closely with lead teachers to implement engaging educational activities that promote emotional and intellectual growth.

Requirements

You have a high school diploma or equivalent
You possess strong communication skills and are passionate about working with children.
You are committed to fostering an inclusive, nurturing environment for learning.

prior experience in childcare being a plus

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and conducting daily activities based on our emergent curriculum.
Support classroom management and a structured learning environment.
Help assess children's progress and contribute to their educational and emotional development.
Engage in proactive communication with parents about their children's progress and wellbeing.
Maintain a clean, safe classroom that meets all health and safety standards.
