About The Position

Overall Purpose: Responsible for supporting processes related to sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier candidates to meet staffing needs and organizational objectives. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Supporting full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding for domestic and/or international roles. • Offer Management: Extending job offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring candidates are well-informed about the offer details. Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure new employees have a seamless onboarding experience. • Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring recruitment processes comply with employment laws and internal policies and preparing necessary reports for management. • Other Duties as Assigned: Supporting processes related to employer branding and marketing, Management or Non-Management (union bargaining) full cycle support, understanding hiring needs, maintaining recruitment metrics, data analysis, building talent pipelines, providing consultation, training & mentoring, and/or event management. Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
