Working in an Azure-first environment, you will use tools across the Microsoft ecosystem to improve collaboration, performance, and reliability. You’ll be joining a team of highly talented individuals by architecting solutions that balance cost, efficiency, and impact, all centered on Microsoft Azure and our expanding Microsoft ecosystem. Lead cross-functional initiatives that translate business needs into infrastructure solutions on time, within budget, and aligned with long-term strategy. Drive best-in-class delivery by guiding teams through implementation, problem resolution, operational excellence and award-winning customer service. Guide priorities for large-scale initiatives, shaping Statements of Work and Service Level Agreements with clarity and precision, keeping us track toward our ambitious goals. Participate in team on-call rotation, ensuring and upholding high global customer service standards. Serve as both a hands-on expert and trusted mentor for fellow technologists, empowering team members while driving initiatives forward with ownership and accountability and Staying Curious.
