About The Position

Elaborate the design and interfaces for specific components including defining subsystems and their interfaces, allocating responsibilities to subsystems, understanding solution deployment, and communicating requirements for interactions with solution context. Align development teams to a shared technical direction and partners with those teams in elaborating the Solution and its interfaces. Validate technology assumptions, evaluate implementation alternatives. Establish critical NFRs at the solution level, participate in the definition of others. Create and enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline including participating in planning, definition, and high-level design of the system solution and exploring alternatives. Develop the Architectural Runway in support of new business Features and Capabilities. Work with portfolio stakeholders, Solution and Enterprise Architects, to develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of enablers. Participate in project planning, system and solution demos, retrospective workshops. Understand technical characteristics of and assist with architectural integration of external components, systems, and platforms. Lead a team of Devops Engineers to support weekly releases and adhoc release as needed. Plan and co-ordinate releases with engineering, Centralized Quality Engineering, release management and operations. Design, develop and constantly improve on CI/CD pipeline for Salesforce and Mulesoft. Manage and enforce quality gates when moving code through the CI/CD pipeline. Innovate and automate all deployments and the various steps involved in the deployment.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math and seven (7) years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered, or seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation leading a large multidisciplinary team
  • delivering complex projects
  • utilizing Agile software
  • working in a Salesforce and Mulesoft DevOps Engineering
  • using DevOps tools like anypoint exchange, Copado, Github and Jenkins
  • setting up, monitoring and improving DevOps processes
  • guiding Automation by using Github Actions and Robotic testing
  • utilizing Development tools like Visual studio code, SFDX code analyzer, Veracode, SFDX CLI, Copado, Copado CLI, Copado pipeline manager, apex, Lightning Web Components, RAML, YAML, Mulesoft, Salesforce GUI, Kafka, SOQL, SOSL and JavaScript
  • performing Salesforce administrative tasks like creating profiles, roles, users, page layouts, email services, approvals, workflows, reports, dashboards
  • understanding business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality.
