About The Position

A candidate who can partner with the Trinity Hunt Investment Team and portfolio management teams to develop and execute Value Creation Plan initiatives for our portfolio companies will add tremendous value to our firm. This position will be responsible for leading engagements to drive pricing strategy, operational performance improvements, corporate strategy, go-to-market improvement, and competitive research. This position will be a valuable member of our team in a highly visible role within the organization. Requirements

  • Superior academic achievement at a top tier undergraduate program (master’s degree preferred)
  • 3-6 years of top tier management consulting experience
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communicationskills
  • Ability to diagnose complex problems, develop a structured project plan, and engage diverse stakeholders to achieve measurable results
  • Inclination to take ownership, self-manage, and be hands-on to deliver tangible outcomes
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to perform financial modeling and conduct complex business analysis
  • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and relationship development skills
  • Highest personal and professional integrity and work ethic
  • Propensity to innovate and develop original ideas with delightful, feasible outcomes
  • Inclination to take responsibility, self-manage, and be very hands-on in doing whatever needs to be done to push toward outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Sales, Marketing, Pricing, or other operationally focused experience outside of consulting is beneficial and preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Value Creation Plan initiatives for portfolio companies
  • Lead operational improvement efforts to drive profitability and growth
  • Partner with portfolio company executives to design and execute engagements
  • Facilitate best practice and knowledge sharing efforts for portfolio company executives
  • Design and implement key functional reporting tools and operational dashboards
  • Guide annual strategy and planning process to meet strategic goals of investment theses
  • Ensure effective project management for key transformational initiatives within the portfolio
