About The Position

This position is located in our Cape Coral, FL Thrift Store Schedule/Hours: 40 This position is responsible for: Serves as lead worker to employees working in the Thrift Store and assisting store customers in donating, selecting, and purchasing store items.

Requirements

• High School diploma or G.E.D. AND One year progressively responsible experience working in a retail store, OR Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Ability to read, write and communicate the English language.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and assigns work of Store Clerks in the absence of Store Manager.
• Instructs and trains employees in the proper methods and procedures.
• Assists employees in resolving routine problems; notifies Thrift Store Manager of unique operational or personnel problems.
• Prepares sales records and bank deposits.
