Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated items, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements. Responsibilities The Lead Steward oversees the stewarding (dishwashing and sanitation) team and ensures the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of all kitchen and service areas. This role supports kitchen operations by maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organized back-of-house environment while enforcing health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
