Requirements

  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
  • Prior experience as a Supervisor, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Use manual or mechanical methods to wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste.
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and timely availability of clean dishes during peak hours.
  • Lead and supervise the Steward / Dishwashing team, ensuring great work ethic and efficiency.
