About The Position

The Lead for Standards and PLM Integration develops and maintains engineering product standards embedded within the company’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Experience with engineering standards development
• Experience with engineering data management systems

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in high-voltage substation design
• Experience implementing PLM systems
• Experience with configuration control processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering product baseline standards
• Maintain configuration control of engineering specifications
• Integrate engineering standards within PLM systems
• Maintain engineering technical documentation
• Coordinate standards development with engineering leadership
• Perform other job-related duties as requested by management.
