About The Position

We are seeking a FoodChain ID PLM Implementation Expert to lead end‑to‑end Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementations using the FoodChain ID or Trace One platform. You will translate regulatory, quality, and product development needs into scalable PLM solutions across specifications, formulation/recipe management, supplier compliance, label claims, and regulatory intelligence. This role partners closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Procurement, and IT to deliver compliant, efficient, and data‑driven product lifecycles.

Requirements

10+ years PLM implementation experience, with 3+ years FoodChain ID or Trace One.
Strong domain knowledge in F&B, ingredients, nutraceuticals, or cosmetics.
Understanding of global regulations (FDA, FSMA, EU 1169/2011, FALCPA, Prop 65).
Experience in integration, data migration, reporting, and workflow configuration.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, fit‑gap, and solution blueprinting for FoodChain ID PLM modules and Oracle Cloud PLM.
Architect workflow automation for stage‑gate NPD, change control, specification approval, supplier onboarding, and artwork/label review.
Configure taxonomies, data models, and business rules.
Define and implement master data governance, roles, permissions, and audit trails.
Configure modules including: o Digital specifications o Ingredient/allergen/nutritional data models o Recipe/formulation o Labeling & claims o Regulatory rules, validations, and intelligence workflows
Enable harmonized compliance across key markets (US, EU, UK, APAC).
Operationalize regulatory requirements within FoodChain ID / Trace One rules, validations, and reports.
Enable claim substantiation and label compliance.
Set up horizon‑scanning and regulatory intelligence workflows.
Design interfaces between FoodChain ID PLM and ERP, QMS, LIMS, MDM, PIM.
Plan and execute data migration including mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation.
Establish data quality KPIs and monitoring.
Run agile implementation cycles and manage project plans.
Facilitate UAT, training, and documentation.
Partner with business owners to define KPIs and dashboards.
Own hypercare and transition to steady‑state support.
Identify automation and analytics enhancement opportunities.
