About The Position
We’re looking for a Sr./Lead Growth & Retention Marketing Manager to own and scale marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention for our real estate agent and loan officer products. In this high-impact, full-stack marketing role, you will lead end-to-end marketing efforts, leveraging data, experimentation, and multi-channel strategies to increase adoption and revenue. This role will work closely with our VP of Marketing, President, COO, and CEO to shape and execute HomeLight’s growth strategy for key products.
