The Lead Specialist, Revenue Operations is responsible for scheduling, coordination, internal and external communications, administrative support, and team building within the ROC department. The role collaborates closely with the VP of Revenue Operations, VP of Strategic Payor Partnerships, CFO, and ROC senior leadership to ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements

  • Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience in Marketing and Communications.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical, dental, or retail industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of the organization’s processes, protocols, and procedures.
  • Mid-level project management skills.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines timely.
  • Ability to draw valid conclusions and apply sound judgment in making decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Vice President and Director calendars.
  • Develop and maintain schedule of all ROC structured meetings and coordinate team meetings, and ensure structured agendas are in place.
  • Facilitate Annual ROC Corporate Planning Cycle and Imperatives and ensure Annual Performance and Merit/Talent Reviews are completed timely.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of project plans related to ROC initiatives.
  • Facilitate internal ROC communications and ROC related PDS Health Communications including monthly newsletter, periodic structured emails, PDS Life Magazine contributions, PDS Connect updates, and weekly XP notifications.
  • Facilitate external stakeholder communication including press releases and industry articles for publication.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership to include timely and accurate expense reports, organize and update org charts, arrange conference room set-up, and order supplies.
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
  • Plan team building, social, and charity events, including holiday parties, and Charity Water.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
