About The Position

Storable is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist who will help build out the revenue operations function at Storable. The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Revenue organization in many areas including supporting reporting, optimizing our revenue tech stack & tools to improve processes, and enabling & helping our GTM teams operate efficiently. The Revenue Operations organization is new to Storable and this role will be one of the key members who will help build the foundation of a world-class Revenue Operations function. Location: REMOTE

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of Sales or Revenue Operations experience, or Systems administration within a SaaS organization
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Business Analytics, Data science or a related field
  • Strong salesforce administrator experience (Sales Cloud required).
  • Hands-on DocuSign administration experience (templates, workflows, salesforce integration)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution. Proven experience in data strategy development, CRM management, and data integration within a business context.
  • Experience supporting quote-to-cash processes
  • Strong understanding of SaaS key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics; good understanding of RV Camping industry and experience in travel industry is beneficial.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure in a vacuum.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cohesively across departments (sales, marketing, revenue operations, customer success).
  • All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in optimizing data processes and implementing data governance practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary administrator for Salesforce & related integrations (i.e. DocuSign, Leandata, Gong etc.)
  • Support DocuSign configuration, templates, workflows for seamless execution
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve sales processes and efficiencies
  • Help build and maintain scalable system architecture to support sales, customer success, marketing and finance
  • Ensure data integrity, field governance, validation rules, automation and documentation is built out to enable users to use the system accurately
  • Help support lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close workflows
  • Help identify inefficient across the quote-to-cash lifecycle and implement scalable automation
  • Help manage generation workflows via DocuSign and support Sales Operations
  • Support our growth in North America of activating new clients and their subscription plans
  • Adding subscription enhancements to existing clients, and
  • De-activating clients who are cancelling
  • Update customer subscription packages for new product feature releases
  • Ensuring licensing, and pricebook inside salesforce is accurately reflected in clients’ agreements
