The Lead Solutions Analyst, Supply Chain at Carnival Corporation Global Supply Chain team is responsible for the efficient operation of Supply Chain applications for Princess Cruises, Seabourn Cruise Line, and Holland America Line (most notably Crunchtime). This role involves training, maintaining product descriptions, user setups, warehouse locations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of Supply Chain application. Coordination with IT teams, resolve system issues, implement updates, and provide training to end users when necessary. The Lead Solutions Analyst, Supply Chain will work closely with The Global Supply Chain Solutions team, IT, Finance, North America Supply Chain teams to ensure System support & maintenance, Database management and administration, Integrations development and support, Inventory maintenance and support, Reporting, compliance & risk management. The ideal candidate will have Strong analytical and process improvement skills, proven history of designing, implementing, supporting software solutions at a Global corporation, basic familiarity with writing simple SQL queries in Oracle as well as SQL Server databases, demonstrated Project management skills or previous experience with Agile development, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint, Project, PowerPoint, proven ability to interface independently and effectively with peers in other departments/ Brands, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
