About The Position

DUTIES: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather and review software requirements and user stories, provide estimates, create software design specifications, and work with engineers and architects to assess and test hardware and software interactions as part of a scrum team. Execute agile and scrum methodologies through the application of Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML and MongoDB. Create and execute automated test plans and strategies based on business requirements, and collaborate with other engineers, architects, and clients to validate test environments, test data, and test results. Design and implement code fixes, validate outcomes against expected results, and produce associated reports. In addition to unit testing, responsibilities may include dynamic application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and/or user acceptance testing. Support applications and resolve configuration and environment issues. Support the software deployment process using Azure PaaS technologies and into a managed retail environment. Provide production support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions. Provide visibility through reporting in PowerBI and Mongo Charts. Support technical collaboration through tools like, GIT, VSCode and Azure DevOps. Offer technical guidance and support for vendor resources working on the scrum team. Apply these techniques to create value as part of a scrum team by delivering GenAI solutions and platforms across the enterprise, including retail, care, and customer-facing touchpoints. REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation designing, implementing, and maintaining hardware, software, and network components of a local area network; supporting software for multiple operating environments; configuring, installing, and supporting the functions, features and facilities of multi-user systems; developing complex PowerShell scripts to automate and track processes; using system administration tools: SCCM Microsoft Azure or Intune; supporting anti-virus protection software; and collaborating with third-party vendors as needed to support hardware and software technologies.
