About The Position

JOB LOCATION: 3400 W Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75075 DUTIES: Lead the technical design of scalable, robust, and reusable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds including sales and service. Translate business requirements into well-architected salesforce solutions that leverage both standard platform capabilities and custom components. Evaluate trade-offs between configuration and custom code to recommend the most effective solution architecture. Maintain high standards for system design, performance, and scalability while aligning with enterprise IT policies and security standards. Develop high-quality, secure, and maintainable code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows in Salesforce. Implement custom logic, validation rules, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled classes, and asynchronous processing. Create and optimize reusable Lightning components to improve performance and UI consistency. Lead technical implementation of declarative features including Process Builder, Flows, and Custom Objects. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using RESTful and SOAP APIs. Collaborate with middleware teams including MuleSoft, CSI and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and orchestration. Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce development activities, ensuring consistency and alignment with enterprise architecture. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to align development efforts with project timelines and business goals. Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demo sessions in Agile/Scrum environments. Articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and assist in requirement gathering and feasibility analysis. Ensure all customizations adhere to Salesforce platform limits and comply with internal security, compliance, and data governance policies. Troubleshoot critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with support teams. Work on core Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, SOQL/SOSL, Custom Settings, Custom Metadata, Visualforce, Platform Events, CDC (Change Data Capture), Named Credentials, and OAuth-based authentication flows. Provide expertise with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Work with Salesforce declarative tools including flows, process builder, approval processes, and validation rules. Work on salesforce data modeling, sharing rules, permission sets, profiles, security architecture including Salesforce APIs including REST, SOAP, asynchronous operations, and governor limit handling. Build and manager CI/CD pipelines with DevOps tools (Copado) and using Git version control. Work with Salesforce DX, unlocked packages, scratch orgs, and modular deployment strategies. Responsibilities
