Docusign is seeking a Lead Fullstack Software Engineer with a strong focus on UI to join their Collaboration & Negotiation team. The role involves contributing to UI design and software development, collaborating with other teams, and mentoring colleagues. Key responsibilities include brainstorming, designing, and implementing new solutions, improving team processes, and taking ownership of product features. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in product engineering, particularly modern UI frameworks (React, Typescript, etc.) with some backend experience, thrive in entrepreneurial environments, and lead by example. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Engineering.
