The Disney Experiences Technology team is responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including the MyDisneyExperience app and Hey, Disney! About The Role & Team: The Lead Software Engineer role will be part of the delivery team responsible for the transformation of DCL Crew HR systems integration with Disney’s Enterprise Human Resource Platforms. This role will collaborate with TWDC Human Resources & Technology partners in the transition to a new global Human Resource Management System and our recently upgraded SAP financial platform. Experience with Human Resource functions and industry platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Workday would be beneficial to success in this role. The Lead Software Engineer will need to champion custom software projects to interface with the new HR system, improve L2 and L3 support channels, and engage on other company initiatives in the HR Crew space. They will be responsible for facilitating the translation of functional business requirements into technical specifications for the development teams and work along with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Project Managers to ensure the delivery of a best in class solution for our business stakeholders.
