Requirements

7+ years of experience building and supporting software systems
Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Experience with ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks
Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks
Experience with relational database design and optimization
Bachelor of Computer Science or similar degree or certification

Responsibilities

Apply advanced knowledge of technical concepts and principals to design and develop a variety of software projects.
Write high-quality, performant code that adheres to company guidelines and industry best practices.
Apply business and domain knowledge to develop a deeper understanding of the system and contribute to effective solutions.
Lead a team of engineers coaching them through all aspects of the SDLC.
Develop and maintain extensible applications, APIs, and database models.
Gather and refine project requirements with user experience designers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Design and document detailed architectures for software projects, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business requirements.
Ensure applications meet functional and non-functional requirements by actively participating in testing efforts and enforcing quality standards
Oversee deployments and support applications after release.
Recommend new practices, processes, and procedures to improve quality and productivity.
Review and approve changes to application code.
Participate in team processes for planning, tracking work, and continuous improvement.
Oversee project execution, ensuring team members stay on task, communicate blockers, and meet commitments to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
Evaluate team members performances and guide them to growth.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Evaluate frameworks, technology, platforms, and tooling solutions.
