  • 6 plus years of experience with AWS Connect and other services (e.g., Lambda, Lex, S3, Dynamo, Chat)
  • Experience or familiarity with Salesforce/ECRM and Flow Builder
  • Experience in multiple development languages (e.g., Node.js JavaScript, Python, Java, C#)
  • Knowledge of GIT or other code repository tool and CI/CD pipelines
  • Contact center operations working with chat/chatbots and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Proven track record in creative problem solving
  • Broad knowledge/familiarity of State Farm business processes
  • Ability to navigate the organization and collaborate with others
