Ensures employees comply and adhere to company, property, departmental, and governmental policies, procedures and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Proper use of Slot Department equipment.
- Responsible for machine and sign moves.
- Responsible for machine installs and removal
- Responsible for machine conversions and all optioning.
- Responsible for all machine repairs
- Responsible to investigate machines for meter variances and perform repairs as needed.
- Assists with jackpot verification.
- Provides technical evaluation to Manager or designee during disputes.
- Maintain an open line of communication with Management concerning processes, guests and vendor related issues, problems and/or solutions.
- Monitor and maintain all communications between player tracking units and EGM’s and player tracking to bank network switches.
- Must notify Supervisor when parts levels become low.
- Make recommendations on new parts to add to stock.
- Other related duties as assigned.
