About The Position

Peregrine Team is hiring for a Lead Site Technician in Dalton, GA. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.
As a Lead Site Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of site cleaning and maintenance projects from start to finish. You’ll guide a team of technicians in supporting critical environments such as data centers, construction sites, and GMP facilities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires both hands-on technical work and leadership in directing daily site activities.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
• Reliable transportation and valid government-issued ID
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
• Willing to submit to a criminal background check and substance screening
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a technical, facilities, or cleaning/janitorial environment

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish a plus)
• Knowledge of data center environments and/or construction sites
• OSHA 10 (or higher) Certification
• 2+ years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor Site Technicians, ensuring all team members follow safety and quality standards
• Oversee daily workflow, delegate tasks, and verify completion of assignments
• Perform and supervise cleaning as well as conduct quality checks
• Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment while enforcing OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
• Provide progress updates, escalate issues as needed, and support project documentation/reporting
