About The Position

Currently, we have a full-time opportunity for a Lead Set-Up Technician to join our team! Our Lead Set--Up Technician performs all aspects of setup coordination for meetings and events including transporting, setting up tables, chairs, and audio-visual/computer equipment. As the lead technician, you will be responsible for all A/V, computer set ups with the ability to train/direct the other technicians to proficiency, maintain all calendars, ensure that forms/instructions, etc. are all posted in the events, as well as directs staff on set ups according to their knowledge/abilities. The ideal candidate must have experience with audio visual setup including laptops, DVD/s, CD’s, sound systems and overhead projectors, excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience working with a senior population is preferred. Requirements

  • Experience with audio visual setup including laptops, DVD/s, CD’s, sound systems and overhead projectors
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
