About The Position

POSITION PURPOSE Responsible for assisting all members effectively and professionally. This includes upholding the U1 Values, product and services support, making appropriate referrals, performing transactions, handling balancing, providing excellent member service and assisting with operation of the service center(s).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Required to acquire and/or maintain NMLS registration.
  • 6 months of teller experience within a financial institution is required.
  • 1 year of customer service experience is required.
  • 2 years' experience in a financial institution is required.
  • May be required to have a current notary.
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills.
  • Role model for other member service representatives.
  • Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
  • Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
  • Ability to be prepared for management opportunities.
  • Solid math and cash-handling abilities.
