Requirements
- 5+ years of automotive service advisor experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A motivated, performance-driven mindset
Nice To Haves
- Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Experience with DMS or dealership software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the service lane and set the tone for the customer experience
