Requirements

• 5+ years of automotive service advisor experience
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with DMS or dealership software is a plus
• A motivated, performance-driven mindset
