About The Position

Orem Mazda is hiring a Lead Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager to help lead daily operations in our fast-paced automotive service department. This role focuses on customer experience, service advisor leadership, sales and service drive efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ year automotive service or dealership experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior lead advisor or supervisory experience preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge a plus
  • Experience with DealerTrack and Xtime preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support daily service drive operations and workflow
  • Lead, coach, and support service advisors and technicians
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain CSI scores of 92%+
  • Ensure accurate repair orders, menu presentations, estimates, and documentation
  • Develop a culture of teamwork with technicians, advisors and parts departments.
  • Assist with customer concerns and quality control
  • Partner with dealership leadership to meet department goals
