About The Position

We are hiring - Lead Server Location: 224 Quincy Ave. Braintree Established in 2015, Ganko Ittetsu Ramen is a boutique authentic Japanese ramen restaurant located at Brookline & Braintree, MA. We are well known as high end authentic Sapporo Ramen restaurant that does not rely on the artificial flavor such as MSG, use fresh ingredient, and most key ingredients are exclusively imported from Japan just for us. Requirements

• Must be interested in learning Japanese food and culture.
• Ramen lovers welcome!
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work both lunch and dinner shift.
• Must be able to work on the WEEKENDS.
• Must be a team player.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum of +5 year hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ since we serve alcohol.
• Must have valid TIPs Certification to be a server.
• Must be able to have strong leadership, communication, customer service skills, plus food/beverage kowledge.
• Must be able to multitasking, conflict resolution, and flexibility.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant management experience preferred.
