About The Position
The Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa is looking for their Lead Server at Sweetfire Kitchen! Nestled high above the rolling hills and live oaks of the Texas Hill Country, Signia by Hilton La Cantera offers a serene resort experience featuring over 140,000 sq. ft. of event space, a luxury spa, outdoor pools, a kid’s camp, and an 18-hole championship golf course. Guests can savor bold flavors across four restaurants and five bars, with convenient access to premier shopping, dining, Six Flags, and the San Antonio Airport. The ideal candidate is an aspiring leader who strives to progress their career in hotel restaurant hospitality. They must bring at least a year of serving experience and demonstrate the ability to be responsible and reliable for opening shifts. Shift Pattern: Mornings, starting at 7am
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
