About The Position

Join our team at Signia by Hilton at La Cantera Resort & Spa as a Housekeeping House Attendant and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. In this position, you will support the housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel’s guest floors and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and pristine environment for every guest. What will I be doing? As a Guest Request Attendant, you would be responsible for delivering Housekeeping items in response to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsibilities

  • Retrieve, clean, shine and return guest shoes
  • Prepare rollaways and cribs and return them to designated storage areas
  • Assist in maintaining Housekeeping storerooms, closets and offices
  • Pick up and deliver faxes and messages from Communications/PBX
  • Polish brass, as needed
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner
