About The Position

The Lead Server @ Woodbridge Terrace of Irvine delivers exemplary dining service to residents and guests, ensuring that their dining experience is professional as well as warm and inviting. This is a full-time position, Tuesday-Saturday, 6am-2pm Pay range: $20-22/hr

Requirements

• Bring a smile to work every day
• Be a great team player
• Be a progressive and creative thinker
• High school graduate preferred
• Three to five years of dining experience
• Must have Food Handler's certification as required

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in leadership roles preferred

Responsibilities

• Promote a hospitality focused culture in all dining venues
• Serve as liaison between guests, residents and kitchen staff
• Create a climate of hospitality through coaching, mentoring and team-building
• Record production and operational data as required
• Assist in the creation of effective schedules
