We are looking for energetic, pleasant, and service-oriented people to join our dynamic food service team! Lead Server and Server Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Bus and reset tables as needed. Serve residents their meals in a timely manner. Cover, label, and date food. Offer excellent customer service. Responsible for all aspects of dining room operations. Follows and enforces established Dining and Infection Control policies and procedures, etc. Cooking responsibilities on the weekend preparing meal items according to specifications, using recipes and production sheets.
Requirements
- Prior food service experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Related experience in coordinating dining room operations and cooking preferred.
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and proper food handling, SERV Safe Certification preferred.
