Responsibilities
- You provide exceptional service to hotel guests by ensuring they always have a stocked minibar full of high class food and beverages.
- You are a guest liaison for all guests staying at The Crescent Hotel, Fort Worth.
- IRD Lead Server works directly with the In Room Dining team and report directly to the Food and Beverage Managers.
- Your duties include stocking and restocking minibars throughout the hotel, maintaining a clean minibar cart and service area, ensuring product is at its best for guest use, and providing a clean and thoughtful service.
