Requirements

Proven experience as a server and bartender
Leadership exerience preferred
Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including cocktail recipes
Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant certifications (e.g., ServSafe) are a requirement

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
Lead and supervise the Food and Beverage to ensure high standards of service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Assist in training and mentoring new staff members
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations
Follow and uphold all Hilton Brand Standards
