The Lead Salesforce Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing, optimizing, and scaling the Salesforce platform to support the organizationâs Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales motions. This role requires extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, data governance, automation, and user enablement. The ideal candidate will have strong functional understanding of Sales processes, pipeline management, lead-to-cash workflows, and partner collaboration models. The administrator will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and IT teams to ensure Salesforce meets evolving business needs. This position is an 5-day/week in-office role in Miami, FL or Seattle, WA.
