Your Impact This role is all about creating a welcoming and memorable experience for everyone who walks into one of the 5 BOTE flagship locations. As a lead sales associate, you'll help customers feel confident in choosing the right gear, build genuine connections, and support a fun energetic retail atmosphere. You’ll work closely with sales management and play a key part in keeping the store running smoothly, including inventory oversight and daily store operations. This role operates in the DESTIN retail location as scheduled by the Area Manager.

Requirements

  • This is a retail position with heavy focus on weekends, holidays, and seasonal sales.
  • Experience working with premium brands delivering best in class experiences to both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management abilities with a proven ability to multi-task.
  • Equivalent related professional sales experience and open availability is reqired.
  • Direct experience in customer experience and delivering sales and KPI targets.
  • Experience working with premium brands delivering best in class experiences to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically represent the BOTE brand to create a positive in-store experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Open and close the store including any daily operational processes.
  • Handle transactions, inventory movement, barcode tagging, and POS process with accuracy.
  • Learn the full BOTE product lineup, including physically testing out various models of in water product.
  • Support sales goals by staying informed on store performance and priorities and work with the local team towards exceeding sales goals daily.
  • Learn merchandising strategies and maintain / update store merchandising as directed.
  • Build genuine customer relationships and help grow a loyal community in the area.
