Requirements

  • Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
  • Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Drive membership growth
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
  • Greet members by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
  • Coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
  • Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
  • Tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals.
  • Resolve member questions or concerns with professionalism and a personal touch.
  • Building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
