Requirements

Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations
Drive membership growth
Lead and develop a high-performing team
Opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
Greet members by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
Coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
Tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals.
Resolve member questions or concerns with professionalism and a personal touch.
Building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
