Lead Sales Assoc/Membership Advisor is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Being the top revenue producer in studio, leading the team in sales. Expectations for this role include having a minimum of 4 appointments per day. Leading the team in Sales and KPI’s (DPM) Working towards achieving the package renewal goal each month Other duties include, but are not limited to: Managing Appointment Book and OrangeBook (highlighted, follow ups, Appointment confirmations, etc) Coordinating of confirmation of waitlists for following shift (daily) Assisting Studio Manager with Corporate wellness prospecting Assisting Studio Manager with community engagement and relationship building (schools, charities, organizations, etc.) Assisting less experienced Sales Associates through training-Training all new sales staff on Guest onboarding and Customer experience. Required 30+ hours and/or 4 or more shifts per week
