Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient reading and writing skills
  • Computer Skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Sales experience
  • Fitness industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Generate daily sales for both membership and personal training
  • Execute guest registration process with sales conversion motivation
  • Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
  • Plan and excute monthly sales specials
  • Engage in planning and attending community events for the purposes of sales generation
  • Communicate special events to members and guests
  • Utilize and generate results using VFP software for lead generation purposes (will train)
  • Facilitate referral promotions and execute for results
  • Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
  • Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
  • Maintain professional disposition at all times
  • Sell retail products
  • Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
  • Know club facility, services, and schedules
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
  • Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
  • Opening and closing duties
  • Monthly or Weekly Department Meetings
  • Employee Training Meetings
