Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Computer Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Sales experience
- Fitness industry experience
Responsibilities
- Generate daily sales for both membership and personal training
- Execute guest registration process with sales conversion motivation
- Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
- Plan and excute monthly sales specials
- Engage in planning and attending community events for the purposes of sales generation
- Communicate special events to members and guests
- Utilize and generate results using VFP software for lead generation purposes (will train)
- Facilitate referral promotions and execute for results
- Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
- Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
- Maintain professional disposition at all times
- Sell retail products
- Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
- Know club facility, services, and schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
- Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
- Opening and closing duties
- Monthly or Weekly Department Meetings
- Employee Training Meetings
