Requirements

  • Proven ability to sell and consistently meet or exceed goals
  • Background in sales improvement, including identifying opportunities and implementing solutions
  • Experience coaching other sales associates or customer service representatives
  • Comfortable executing monthly campaigns and driving team participation
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Customer service–oriented with a strong focus on member retention
  • Results‑driven, metrics‑minded, and confident working toward performance targets
  • Outgoing, positive, cheerful, and engaging personality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a high‑volume environment
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills; MindBody experience is a plus
  • A natural leader who inspires confidence and teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily guest service operations with confidence and professionalism
  • Drive membership and retail sales through genuine connection and consultative selling
  • Manage lead outreach and follow‑up with prospective members
  • Partner with the Marketing Team to execute best practices for lead conversion
  • Support stylists and ensure seamless guest flow throughout the shop
  • Maintain a polished, welcoming environment that reflects Drybar’s luxury brand standards
  • Resolve guest concerns with warmth, clarity, and a solutions‑oriented mindset
  • Assist with training and onboarding new front‑desk team members
  • Uphold Drybar protocols, safety guidelines, and service excellence
