The Royal Caribbean Group has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, Revenue Strategy reporting to the Manager, Commercial Strategy. Position is onsite and based in Miami, FL The Lead, Revenue Strategy is a member of the Revenue Strategy team responsible for driving revenue growth initiatives that deliver approximately $50M annually through managing ancillary revenue programs (such as Paid Upgrades, Global Travel Insurance, Air Pricing & Promotion, Non-Refundable Deposit Programs, and other new revenue initiatives) and partnering with the Product Development team to inform revenue opportunities for new programs. They own reporting, measurement of initiative effectiveness, and accurate forecasting of future growth opportunities based on recent and historic trends to appropriately set targets at the market and channel level. In addition, this role uses technical knowledge assembling large data sets, building and maintaining dashboards and reporting, driving sourcing and channel strategies to support Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management efforts, and delivering executive-ready presentations. The Lead, Revenue Strategy will collaborate closely with Revenue Management product and strategy teams, Domestic and International Sales, Marketing, IT, Celebrity brand leadership, Contact Center Teams, Accounting, and Hotel Operations.
