Requirements
- Proficient English skills – You can read, write, and communicate clearly
- Ability to Pass our Background Check – You can pass a drug test and criminal background check
- Valid driver's license – Must meet our insurance requirements
- QuickBooks Time experience – Or a willingness to learn it quickly
- IICRC Certified – In Water Restoration (WRT) or Fire and Smoke (FSRT)
- Experience – In restoration work, cleaning, or construction
- Dependability & flexibility: Able to work variable hours, including after-hours emergencies
- Respirator fit test: Ability to pass on your first day and maintain eligibility throughout employment
