At Tennyson Center for Children, our core values guide everything we do. We are Joyful, finding optimism and strength even in challenges; Curious, always learning and innovating to provide the best care; Dependable, building trust through reliability; Authentic, celebrating uniqueness and creating safe, inclusive spaces; and Compassionate, deeply caring for our teammates, our clients, and the community we serve. If these values resonate with you, we’d love to have you join our team and help us make a lasting impact on the lives of children across Colorado! The Residential program focuses on meeting the individualized needs of children and adolescents. The Residential Treatment program provides a lower student-to-staff ratio that integrates social, emotional, behavioral, and life skills learning and growth. Our goal is to create a living environment where children with intellectual and developmental delays can feel safe and supported to heal and develop the necessary skills to succeed in a less restrictive home placement. Tennyson Center is seeking a qualified leader to provide direct supervision and support to residential Youth Treatment Counselors (YTCs). The Lead YTC is responsible for providing weekly supervision, mentoring, modeling, and training to Youth Treatment Counselors in their daily responsibilities.
