Requirements
- EPA certification
- Experience leading an installation team
- Solid communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Team spirit and a collaborative attitude
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on heating and air conditioning installation experience
- Boiler experience
Responsibilities
- Lead accurate and timely installations from beginning to end
- Guide installers in wiring and setting up heating and air conditioning equipment
- Perform quality checks to make sure everything's correct and prevent callbacks
- Treat customers professionally, clearly explain the installation process and completed work, answer any questions, and address any concerns
- Train junior installers and assistants on trade tools, operational processes, and safety procedures
