About The Position

We are looking for a residential Building Concierge to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our residents and guests.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, to bend, reach, lift and carry.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • A friendly, positive, and professional attitude and appearance
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • The ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and handling requests
  • Managing the front desk, lobby, and mailroom areas, ensuring they are clean and organized
  • Coordinating deliveries, packages, and mail for residents
  • Monitoring and reporting any security or maintenance issues in the building
  • Maintaining records of visitors, contractors, and service providers
  • Providing information and referrals to residents and guests as needed
  • Cleaning the common areas, amenities, and elevators as part of the position
  • Supporting the property manager and the maintenance staff with administrative tasks
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management
