Collins Comfort Masters is currently seeking a Lead Recruiter to fill on of the most crucial roles to the success of our business. In this role, you will assist in the hiring planning needs, consulting with Hiring Managers to ensure you have a clear understanding of hiring expectations, manage the candidate experience from sourcing to placement, daily utilization of the ATS to track both job workflow and candidate connection with a balance of inbound and outbound recruiting efforts.
