Start your Voyage – Get to Know the Opportunity: Provides service and administrative support to largest/most complex defined contribution plan clients. Mentors lower level recordkeepers. Please Note: This position allows remote work from home but will require travel to our Voya office as business requires. Candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius from your assigned office. The Contributions You’ll Make: Resolves client administrative or service problems. Ensures that all transactions are processed according to the company’s and the client’s standards. Quality review of transactions such as terminations and withdrawals. Formats and produces reports as business requires. Participates in client meetings and/or conference calls. Maintains trustee relationships. Discusses plan design issues, trust reconciliation issues, payroll consultation, and other services with clients. As business requires. Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 4-6 years experience in record-keeping
  • Strong PC skills, including spreadsheets and word processing
  • Omni 7.4
  • Proven math and calculation aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of the IRS and DOL code sections applicable to Defined Contribution plans
