Givens Aldersgate is looking for Lead Receptionist who will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact by providing exceptional service to visitors and consistent telephone call response. In this role you will create a positive and welcoming environment, focusing on outstanding hospitality for residents and guests while managing front desk operations. You will ensure desk coverage and scheduling during open hours, contributing to a seamless experience.

Requirements

  • Six to twelve months of clerical experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office Suite (outlook, word, excel, power point, teams, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, counsel, supervise, evaluate and direct the activities of independent living concierge staff.
  • Prepare staff schedules. Responsible for providing coverage in the event of staff absences.
  • Manage the guest room experience for exceptional hospitality to all Givens-Aldersgate overnight guests.
  • Serve as a Notary for resident and organizational needs
  • Perform all concierge team duties in addition to Lead Concierge responsibilities.
  • Participate in A-Team and other campus-wide administrative initiatives as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
